- Packaging or product design with information in the state (Uzbek) language — for new chemical substances, biological preparations and materials, polymers and plastics, and perfume-cosmetic products
- Product description stating the field of application and standards
- Safety certificate or a registration certificate from the country of origin

Who needs registration
Manufacturers and importers of chemical, biological and perfume-cosmetic products, distributors and trademark owners. Without a registration certificate, importing and selling in Uzbekistan is prohibited.
